1. **What is pipu.cc?**
pipu.cc is a trading platform with escrow features, similar to Amazon, Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, providing services globally. Prices are settled in Chinese Yuan (CNY).
2. **Why is the transaction safe?**
On the platform, both parties can trade with confidence. After the buyer makes a payment, the funds are held in escrow by the platform. The seller can only receive the funds after the buyer confirms receipt. In case of disputes, both parties can file complaints with the platform, effectively protecting their interests.
3. **What is the difference from Amazon?**
Registering as a new user and listing products on pipu.cc is simpler and can be completed in just a few minutes. The transaction commission is 0%, with a withdrawal fee of about 3%. This is significantly lower than platforms like Amazon, Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
4. **How can customers recharge on the platform?**
The platform supports automatic recharges via bank cards (debit and credit), PayPal, and Alipay. Alternatively, you can transfer to our company accounts (including those in China, the USA, and the UK) or send checks, and we will manually process the recharge. It's very flexible. Note that any currency recharged will be converted to Chinese Yuan at the middle exchange rate on the day of the transaction. There are no fees for recharging, and the actual amount received will be the basis.
5. **How to withdraw?**
If the customer confirms receipt, the funds will enter your wallet. You can apply for withdrawal at any time. Withdrawals support various mainstream currencies. The withdrawal fee is 3% of the total amount withdrawn.
